Ben Rose, Director of the Houston chapter of Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) sent Bellaire Little League a letter of praise regarding the recent success of the PCA parent seminars.  He cites the high level of parent participation indicates a tremendous commitment to ensure the success of positive coaching in the League.  Below is a copy of his letter:

 

Dear Bellaire Little League coaches, players, administrators, parents and friends,

I can honestly say that I have never been around a PCA program launch as successful as the one you all directed at Bellaire Little League this season. The attendance at your workshops was well beyond what was expected in this first year, and I can't tell you how important and beneficial this will be for Bellaire Little League as a whole. When we all met to discuss the partnership, the Bellaire Little League leadership group made a tremendous commitment to make this relationship meaningful and it came to fruition. Kudos to all of you for putting the time and energy into the most successful PCA partnership launch in Houston …ever!! My hats off to all of Bellaire Little League for truly embracing Positive Coaching Alliance!
