Bellaire Little League is committed to a balanced approach to the many time and activities commitments children and families in our community make. To that end, this Policy has been adopted to afford managers, coaches, players, parents and administrators of the League guidance on the amount of time children of the League are committed to League team practices and games during the Spring season each year. Specifically, the following constitute the maximum number of "touches" a manager or coach may have with members of a League team (other than family members of the manager or coach) during a League "week" (Sunday - Saturday per LLB Rules):

Majors - 4 touches per week

T-Ball - 2 touches per week

Rookie - 1 touch per week

Minors, Texas, Coach Pitch - 3 touches per week

For these purposes, a "touch" is defined as a game or practice, or any other time when a manager or coach, together with 2 members of a team (other than family members of the manager or coach) are together for the purpose of baseball instruction, practice or play in any one given day, without prior BLL board approval.
